INSTRUCTIONS TO AUTHORS 

1. Closing date: 31 May 2010.
2. Ten (10) minutes will be allowed for each paper followed by five (5) minutes discussion time
3. The presenter’s name should be underlined.
4. Indicate department and/or institution of first author, full address and contact details
5. Type the title in CAPITAL LETTERS, using no more than three (3) lines.
6. The abstract must be typed single-spaced on the official abstract form, using no less than a 12 font size with a
    maximum of 200 words. The body of the abstract must be kept within the box outline.
7. Proofread your abstract for typographic errors. It will not be corrected prior to publication.
8. NB: Fax transmissions and postal submissions will not be accepted
9. Organise the abstract according to the following sub-headings:
• Aims of study
• Method
• Results
• Conclusion
